PORT OF SPAIN, July 14:—Mr. Eric James, Secretary of the Trinidad Amateur Football Association, has been invited by the British Council to attend a six-week course of the Soccer Organisation Football Association.

Mr. James' programme of study will include the formation of a British West Indies Soccer Board of Control, Accident and Insurance Schemes, etcetera.
