Trinidad Prepares For Triangular Soccer

PORT-OF-SPAIN, Oct. 21 (From our Correspondent)—The invading Jamaican and British Guianese teams will be faced with a difficult job trying to beat Trinidad at home. It is no secret that Trinidad is a particularly tough nut to crack when playing any game on her home sward.

Several of the players who came to Sabina Park last year and drew the series with Jamaica, will appear in the final Trinidad line-up. But there will be one or two "new bloods" on the side. A pacy forward line moving with clock-like precision and understanding, is the greatest weapon in Trinidad's soccer armour.

Lio Lynch, left winger, Rex Burnett, classy inner left, and Carlton (Squeakie) Hinds, inside forward, all of whom played against Jamaica, will be on the Trinidad side once more.

Peter Nicholson, St. Mary's College Prefect, rated as the best centre forward in the Colony, is a newcomer.

In goal will be Jamaica's old friend Joey Gonzales, who is also expected to lead the side in the absence of big Pryor Jones, who has been medically advised to rest.
