ST. LOUIS (AP) — It will be business as usual for St. Louis University and Howard University this afternoon when the two squads tangle for the NCAA Division 1 soccer championship.

St. Louis gained its 11th trip to the title match by squeezing past UCLA, 3-2, in double-overtime Thursday
night, while Howard edged Hartwick University, 2-1, for its second try at the crown.

Defending champion St. Louis, ranked second nationally behind Howard, takes an 18-2-1 record into the fray, while Howard is 18-0.

Howard beat St. Louis, 3-2, in the 1971 NCAA final, but was later disqualified because of ineligible players.
