FORMATION of the British Caribbean Football Association is the subject of the cover story in the latest issue of the West Indian Sportsman.

In other articles, the magazine summaries the five-game tour here by the Trinidad soccer team and presents a pen picture of Eric James, secretary of the Trinidad Football Association and the BCFA.

An appraisal of the 17 cricketers selected [illegible] West Indies against England in the latter country this summer is given in an article entitled "West Indies' Team for England." The story, by a Trinidad writer, also carries an account of the Trinidad trials of which the tram was selected.

The monthly feature, ''We the Jury," gives the opinions of a dozen persons on the make-up of the West Indies team to tour England this year, and on the team's chances in the Tests.

Another attractive feature of the issue is a two-page picture spread of women's bed-time attire.
