PORT OF SPAIN, Sept. 18:

THE SOCCER row between East St. George Amateur Football League, and the Trinidad Football Association, is to have an echo in the Port of Spain Supreme Court.

President Dr. Bernard L. Warner and Secretary Allen Joseph former Trinidad centre half, have filed a writ against Ken C. Galt and Eric James, president and secretary-treasurer, respectively, of the T.F.A.

Warner's League runs football in areas east of Trinidad, and he and Joseph have sued on behalf of themselves and League members. They are asking the Court to declare that their League is and at all material times an affiliate of the T.F.A. They also ask the Court to declare the meeting of August 11, as well as the decision to suspend the League from membership taken at that meeting, to be ultra vires, of no effect, and contrary to the requirements of natural justice and void.
