The Cosmos yesterday reached agreements on contract terms with three of their North American citizen players, and released four other players. All seven had contracts that expired last night at midnight.

Those who agreed to terms and left with the team yesterday for its indoor game in San Diego tonight were Angelo DiBernardo and Richard Chinapoo, both midfielders, and the goalie David Brcic. Those released were Robert Iarusci, Boris Bandov, Erhardt Kapp and Bill Morrone. Iarusci, a 29-year-old Canadian veteran of eight league seasons, was offered a contract but elected to become a free agent and seek other offers. Bandov, who played for Team America this past season, is a 10-year league veteran; Kapp has spent two years in the league, mostly as a substitute; Morrone had yet to play for the team. Kapp and Morrone are from the University of Connecticut. ''Instead of those four we have Alan Green, Andy Parkinson, Refik Kozic and Dragan Vujovic,'' said Rafael de la Sierra, the Cosmos' executive vice president. Noting that none of them are American citizens, he said, ''Eight of the 16 players on our roster are Americans, and Green becomes a citizen this week.''
