PROPOSALS for the formation of a West Indies Board of Control in soccer will be considered by the Council of the Jamaica Football Association this afternoon at Emmet Park starting at 5 o'clock.

A specially-selected committee of the Council interviewed Mr. Ken Galt, president of the Trinidad Football Association on the question of forming such a body.

Mr. Galt who was on his way to England to discuss the project with the English FA left a draft copy of the proposed constitution with the JFA committee.

Amendments have been made by the JFA-committee to the Galt constitution which in its amended form will be presented to the full Council on Monday afternoon.

An important decision to be made today is the setting of dates for the annual general meeting and the start of the 1956-57 season.
