Waterhouse Challenge T&T's Joe Public In Semis

NATIONAL League champions Waterhouse take on Trinidad and Tobago's Joe Public in one of today's BWIA Caribbean Club football Championship semi-finals in Trinidad.

The Jamaica champions advanced after blanking Guadeloupe's L'Etoile de Morne L'Eau 3-0 with goals from Craig White, Irvino English and Leroy Smith. Joe Public, whose chairman is FIFA vice-president Austin "Jack" Warner, beat Barbados champions Notre Dame 4-0 in their first-round game, thanks to an Arnold Dwarika hat-trick and a tally from his Trinidad and Tobago teammate Angus Eve.

The other semi-final will be played between Courts Caledonia, who hammered their St. Vincent and the Grenadines opponents 13-0 and Martinique's L'Aiglon du Mentin, who shut-out Trinidad and Tobago club CL Financial San Juan Jabloteh 2-0.
