THE Council of the Jamaica Football Association have given unanimous support to a suggestion from president Granville daCosta that an All-Secondary schoolboy team from Trinidad be invited to meet the Olivier Shield XI and other schoolboy combinations in a series of games during January 1953.

Negotiations with the Trinidad Football Association will be started immediately by the JFA.

Recently when Mr. daCosta was in Trinidad he was asked to present the trophy at the final of the schoolboy competition between St. Mary's and Queen's Royal College.

That the standard of play was exceptionally high is the opinion of Mr. daCosta.
