GEORGETOWN, B.G., March 29:

TRINIDAD WON the Inter-Colonial soccer rubber today, beating British Guiana 2-1, in the fourth of five Test series on the GFC ground, thereby recording three victories against B.G.'s one, with one to go. Today's game was packed with thrills and excitement, and was witnessed by a large crowd, including TAFA president, Lieut. Commander C. Hayward, M.B.E., who flew over on Tuesday to witness the last two Tests.

Trinidad scored in the first 20 minutes through Hinds. B.G. equalised in the first few minutes of the second half, when Parsons, Trinidad right back, scored against his side in an attempt to clear a cross shot sent over by Halley.

Trinidad scored the winning goal in ten minutes after, Lewis netting at close range.
