PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, June 10, (Reuters)

Mr. Eric James, Secretary of the Trinidad Football Association for 31 years, has resigned the position because of ill health, the association disclosed here last night.

Mr. James is also the Third Vice-President of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Football Federation (CONCACAF).

The local football association meeting tomorrow, when a new secretary is expected to be elected.
