As a result of arrangements between the Association and the sister Colonies of Demerara and Barbados it is likely that this year will mark the institution of Intercolonial Football between the Colonies. Correspondence has been received from the Demerara Association intimating their decision to participate and arrangements have been made there to enable a visiting representative team to arrive here in October to play a number of matches. Negotiations with the Barbados Association are in progress to determine if that Colony can find it possible to send up a team. In the event of a decision from to Barbados be represented a Tournament comprising of [illegible] matches will be arranged and four games if Demerara only is represented. It is hoped however, that the Barbados Association will take part. It will be the first visit of a representative football team from that Colony and in view of the added interest which their participation would create and the keen rivalry brought about by a triangular tournament all lovers of the game are anxiously awaiting a decision from the Barbados Association.

The Association has also decided to obtain medals in connection with the tournament and an order for [illegible] has been placed and they are expected to arrive in time for presentation at the completion of the Tournament.
