DELEGATES FROM Haiti, Aruba, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Jamaica, Trinidad, British Guiana and Puerto Rico held the first session here today in their efforts to form an International Football Federation.
Antigua, Surinam and Martinique also back the idea.
Barbados is expected to enter later.
Franisco Bueso, Puerto Rican delegate said that the Federation of the Caribbean region will work on behalf of soccer with competitions among its members.
