FALMOUTH, Sept. 30 (Reuter)

TRINIDAD touring soccer team scored a fine victory over a Cornwall Football Association Eleven here today by four goals to two after leading 2—1 at half time.

Trinidad were not expected to be used to the heavy pitch made slippery by rain, but after a shaky start, they settled down better than Cornwall.

Cornwall could not get used to playing against the unorthodox roving centre-half defence of the tourists.

Rarely did they get within striking distance and then they found Joe Gonsalves in great form in goal. He saved a penalty from Jacobs.

Trinidad's goals came from John Atwell, Rex Burnett, Shay Seymour and Carlton Hinds.

Cornwall scored first through Glennon and Williams got the other late in the game.
